Really good Airport Hotel Experience
airport shuttle comfortable bed attentive staff robot delivery
The complimentary airport shuttle ran every half hour, a HUGE convenience. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I found the bed VERY comfortable. The staff spoke English well and were attentive, resolving requests QUICKLY. A robot even delivered a package to my room. It was definitely unexpected.
The room temperature was not adjustable, so it became a bit too warm overnight.

this hotel provided a seamless experience. the airport shuttle arrived promptly (it operates every thirty minutes). i found the room spacious and well-designed. the breakfast had a decent variety with both western and local options available.

fantastic experience near the airport
spacious room shuttle service
the room are spacious, clean, and comfortable, so i felt very relaxed. breakfast was great with extensive variety, i especially liked the personally made omelette. the hotel offered a free shuttle bus service, it's very convenient for travel to airport.
heating control were not adjustable in room, so it was too warm, i found this slightly uncomfortable. the staff provided a fan, which helped keep the room cooler during the night. hopefully they will fix this soon.

I liked the free shuttle bus, it was very quick to the airport. the beds were comfy! a shower was also great, especially after a long flight. I really needed that. the breakfast was tasty. It offered many options that i found satisfying.
I thought something was off with the air conditioner. The room was too warm. the windows cannot be opened, i did not like this.
